Description
The S100 family of proteins contain two EF-hand calcium-binding motifs and are thought to be involved in the regulation of a number of cellular processes including cell cycle progression and differentiation. This protein may function in motility, invasion and tubulin polymerisation. Our recombinant human S100A11 is expressed in E. coli with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag.
